Povzetek

Polovica dijaških domov ima nefunkcionalno-statične spletne strani, zaradi česar ni pričakovati posebno pozitivnih učinkov njihove predstavitve. Večinoma je bila postavitev domskih spletnih strani zaupana zunanjim sodelavcem oziroma podjetjem. Domovi imajo na svojih straneh težave pri informiranju uporabnikov z aktualnimi, torej funkcionalno-uporabnimi vsebinami. Našteto je nujno vezano na počasnost odziva, aktualizacije, se pravi na nefunkcionalnost. Zaradi omenjenega bi poleg stalnih zahtev s strani vodstva in preverjanja o aktivnostih strokovnih sodelavcev na spletni strani potrebovali tudi več dodatnega e-izobraževanja s področja spletnih strani. Tudi percepcija MŠŠ-ja o potrebah obsega IKT-delavca v dijaških domovih naj bi se spremenila.

Abstract
Half of the students residence halls have non-functional, static web sites, so we cannot expect positive effect of their presentation. Mostly the website layouts are created by external experts or companies. Residence halls have problems in informing the users with updated, applicable contents on their websites. This results in slow response and actualisation, thus it is not functional. Due to this, the management personnel should constantly check the activities of the assistants in creating websites and demand their further e-education. Also the perception of the Ministry of Education and Sport about the obligations of ICT workers in residence halls should be changed.
