A Literary Treasure Hunt with Smart Phones

Povzetek
Prispevek prikazuje primer uporabe QR kode (Quick Response) v praksi – pri povezavi slovenščine in šolske knjižnice. Da bi motivirali učence za pogostejše obiskovanje knjižnice, pa tudi, da bi jim na zabaven način približali organizacijo knjižničnega gradiva, smo učencem 8. in 9. razreda pripravili literarni kviz – iskanje zaklada s pomočjo pametnih telefonov. Cilj dejavnosti je razvijati različne spretnosti in sposobnosti pri učencih, npr. komunikacijske, informacijske in raziskovalne. Takšna dejavnost je usmerjena k enemu od ciljev učnega načrta za predmet slovenščina, to je razvijanje digitalne zmožnosti, ki se povezuje z razvijanjem sporazumevalne zmožnosti v slovenskem jeziku. Učenci so bili za kvizom močno motivirani, izkazalo pa se je tudi, da so se ob njem naučili kar precej novega.

Abstract
Our article illustrates an example how to use the QR code (Quick Response) in practice – linking Slovene language lessons and the school library. We prepared a literary quiz, that is a treasure hunt with the help of smart phones, for students from classes 8 and 9 in order to motivate them for visiting school library more frequently and to draw near the organisation of the school literary material. The objective of this activity is to develop various skills and abilities in students, for example communicative, informative and investigating. Such activity is directed towards one of the goals of the education program for the Slovene language which is the development of the digital ability which connects with the development of the communicational ability in the Slovene language. Students showed a great enthusiasm for the quiz and it was proved successful as they learned a lot.
