ICT – a Goldmine for Phraseology Learning

Povzetek
Kljub dejstvu, da so frazemi kot ustaljene besedne zveze s prenesenim pomenom del jezika in posledično nepogrešljivi v vsakdanji komunikaciji, so le-ti pri pouku tujih jezikov še vedno zapostavljeni. V prispevku bodo predstavljeni razlogi za zapostavljenost tujejezične frazeologije in argumenti za intenzivnejše vključevanje le-te v učni proces. Ob tem bodo prikazani primeri dobre prakse, kako s podporo moderne tehnologije, in sicer z vključevanjem frazeoloških elektronskih gradiv, interaktivne table, spletnikov in spletnega učnega okolja Moodle, učencem/dijakom na zanimiv način približati frazeologijo tujega jezika, v tem primeru frazeologijo nemškega jezika.

Abstract
Despite the fact that idioms – fixed word-groups with figurative meaning – are a part of a language and thus indispensable in everyday communication, they are still neglected in foreign language learning and teaching. This article presents the reasons for neglecting foreign language phraseology and arguments of its more intensive inclusion in the learning process. It also provides examples of good practice, how with the support of modern technology, namely with the integration of phraseological electronic materials, interactive whiteboards, blogs and virtual learning environment Moodle, phraseology of a foreign language can be introduced to learners/students in an interesting way, in this case the phraseology of German language.
