Povzetek

Dejstvo je, da učenje nemščine med slovenskimi mladostniki in odraslimi ni med najbolj priljubljenimi aktivnostmi. Nasprotno pa uporaba Facebooka med slovenskimi uporabniki strmo narašča. Kako združiti oba pola in nemščino s pomočjo Facebooka približati širši množici na zabaven in prijazen način, je bilo avtorici glavno vodilo pri pisanju prispevka. Na kratko predstavi nekatere možnosti, s katerimi lahko priljubljenost socialnega omrežja izkoristimo za aktivno in zaradi tega tudi privlačnejše učenje nemščine. Facebook se je izkazal za učilo, ki spodbuja interaktivno, sodobno, samostojno in zabavno učenje nemščine, poleg tega pa se ga lahko uporablja tudi kot sredstvo motivacije in obveščanja. Kot medij, ki se spreminja iz dneva v dan, nudi učiteljem/-icam in učencem/-kam vedno nove izzive ter domišljiji pušča prosto pot.

Abstract

It is a fact that learning German is not the most popular activity among the Slovenian youth and adults. On the other hand, the rates of the usage of Facebook among the Slovenian users are going up. The author’s main aim in writing this composition was to join both these facts and bring German closer to the people in a funny and interesting way by using Facebook. She shortly introduces some of the ways with which we can use the popularity of this social network for an active and more attractive way of learning German. Facebook has proven to be a teaching aid that stimulates an interactive, modern, independent and funny way of learning German. In addition to that, it can also be used as a daily means of motivation and informing. As a medium which changes on a daily basis it offers the teachers and students new challenges and lets their imagination roam freely.
