Povzetek
Namen prispevka je predstaviti teoretska izhodišča vrednotenja (= preverjanja in ocenjevanja) znanja v primerjavi z vrednotenjem zmožnosti oz. kompetenc z uporabo IKT. Primerjalna analiza bo osvetlila predvsem razlike med obema pristopoma. Pogledali bomo tudi, kako so se vrednotenja z IKT lotili v mednarodni raziskavi PISA 2006 – Computer based assessment of Science CBAS in PISA 2009 – Electronic reading assessment – ERA.
Predstavljen bo praktičen primer, ki vključuje vrednotenje zmožnosti pri pouku, s poudarkom na sestavi nalog in ustreznem vključevanju vseh taksonomskih (tudi višjih) ravni znanja in z uporabo ustreznih orodij IKT.
Ob možnostih, ki jih za vrednotenje ponujajo spletna učna okolja (Learning Management Systems), kot je npr. Moodle, bodo predstavljene še raznolike druge možnosti vrednotenja znanja in zmožnosti z IKT, ki jih običajno ne vključujemo v pouk.

Abstract
The article will present theoretical background of knowledge assessment in comparison with competencies assessment by using ICT tools. The comparative analysis will illustrate differences between both approaches. We will also review how assessment by using ICT tools was performed in the international research PISA 2006 – Computer based assessment Of Science CBAS and PISA 2009 – Electronic reading assessment – ERA.
We will present an example, which includes competencies assessment in classes and emphasises the task design, which incorporates all (also higher) taxonomic levels of knowledge and competencies by using suitable ICT tools.
Various alternatives of knowledge and competencies assessment by using ICT tools will be presented, which we rarely or never use in classes in addition to possibilities offered by Learning Management Systems such as Moodle.
