Povzetek
Pod naslovom Spletna učilnica Severi – spodbudno učno okolje na znanje in počutje učencev ter sodelovanje s starši je predstavljen računalnik kot sodobni pripomoček za poučevanje in učenje. Le-ta omogoča oblikovanje učnih vsebin in izobraževalnih programov, individualnih in skupinskih učnih dejavnosti ter procesno spremljanje in evalvacijo učnega dela in učnih dosežkov. V veliko pomoč je pri vzpostavljanju arhivov opravljenega dela, tako učiteljevega kakor tudi učenčevega. Opisana je elektronska učilnica Severi in možnost uporabe le-te za individualizacijo in diferenciacijo ter sodelovalno učenje v 4. razredu osnovne šole. Računalniški vmesnik temelji na barvah, simbolih, slikah in govoru. Predstavljeni so izsledki študije primera, ki je v šolskem letu 2009/10 potekala v četrtem razredu. Potekalo je sprotno procesno spremljanje doseganja učnih ciljev s končnim preverjanjem znanja, spremljanje motivacije učencev za delo in počutje učencev. Ugotovitve študije so, da učno okolje SEVERI omogoča kakovostno delo vseh učencev in uspešno povezuje šolsko delo z domačim. Izpostaviti velja dosežke učencev s posebnimi potrebami, ki so ob delu v SEVERI dosegali boljše rezultate kot pred uvedbo IKT-podprtega učnega okolja.

Abstract
A computer as a modern instrument for teaching and learning is presented under title The Severi Online Classroom – Stimulative Didactic Environment Influences on the Knowledge and the feelings of Pupils and Cooperation with Parents. The computer enables a design of learning contents and educational programs, individual and collaborative learning activities and process monitoring and evaluation of educational work and educational achievements. It is very helpful in establishing archives of completed work made by a teacher as well as a pupil. Here is described the electronic classroom Severi and the possibility of using it for the individualization and differentiation and also the collaborative learning in the 4th grade elementary school. Computer interface is based on colours, symbols, pictures and speech. Within the empirical work, a study regarding the work with the online classroom Severi held during the school year 2009/10 is presented. Process monitoring of achieving didactic goals went on with final verification of knowledge, monitoring of motivation of pupils for work and also their feelings. Findings of study are that didactic environment SEVERI enables quality work for all pupils and successfully binds school work with home work. I would like to emphasise on the achievements of pupils with special needs, which achieved better results with work in SEVERI as prior to the introduction of ICT supported didactic environment.
